The Path to Well Being

“Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”

The Many Faces of Meditation

What It Is
Meditation can be viewed as a mind and body blending process. Clearing of all thoughts, releasing tension in the body, and emptying of the mind lead to peace and tranquility is the goal.

What It Does
Daily meditation has a range of positive effects on your mental well being. It also helps with the healing of your body, your emotional state, and—with your spiritual bond.

What It’s Not
Our specialists have asked many of the people they know: “What does meditation mean to you?” Those folks are typically at a loss for words. Not because they don’t know what it is. They don’t understand what meditation is supposed to do.

Maybe they think that meditating is going into a trance, or being unconscious, or some other somesuch nonsense.

We’re here to tell you different.

What It Teaches
It goes to the unbreakable bond between body, mind, and spirit, and how meditation helps restore those bonds leading to much greater levels of health & wellness.

Some meditations are specifically harmonized in order to bring various components of your being—such as your energy chakras—into alignment. For instance, “presence meditation” teaches you to be in one place and one place only—the here and now. It teaches you how to not allow thoughts that are lingering or just passing through to be an interruption.

Focused meditations are a great way to bring the healing ritual of meditation into your & your family’s lifestyle. You have a chance to learn how to control your thoughts through practicing focus. Meditation also helps to raise your awareness, coherence, and essence—the very “who you are.”

Where To Begin
At Spirigenesis Institute LLC Holistic Health & Wellness Research Center, we offer multiple paths for clients touched by disease to use and practice meditation in their daily lives. Our meditations are made for everyone, especially those individuals who have or have had any disease. Our intention is to help you reduce disease-related stresses while enhancing the quality of your life.

Each class provides guided meditation sessions, as well as counseling, talks, and tips & techniques for self-education. Our guided imagery (“see a cloud…”) meditations are designed to help you reach for the highest emotional, physical and spiritual well being possible. By specifically using mind and body skills such as guided imagery, music (meditative, classical), colors, and movement (Yoga), we can help you to lower your stress levels, and encourage balance and healing to your entire being, not just a part.

It’s easy to include meditation into your daily lifestyle. Get started: go for a walk. Find a quiet, peaceful place to sit down. Just be there, in that place, with yourself, and spend a few minutes clearing your thoughts completely.

The benefits of meditating daily or even weekly are unlimited. Research studies have shown that those who regularly meditate show a marked improvement in mental focus, a much raised level of self-awareness, and a nice boost in overall health and wellness.
